The Kubert School dedicates itself in helping students with any academic and/or financial aid assistance by offering certain services.

Placement Services
- Under the supervision of the Academic Supervisor, it provides employment assistance to students, graduates and alumni alike. They also maintain and update alumni placement records.

Advising and Counseling Services
-
Under the supervision of the School Administrator, the Academic Supervisor, and the Financial Aid Officer, this department provides academic advice and life counseling to current students. It also provides contact information to the students to a nearby mental health clinic.

Student Records Services - Under the supervision of the School Administrator, the Registrar and the Admissions Officer, it maintains current student academic and financial records. They also provide and mail out copies of student transcripts.

Student Complaints Services - Under the supervision of the School Administrator, the Academic Supervisor, and the Financial Aid Officer, it handles student complaints as per the ACCSC Complaint/Grievance Procedure outlined below:

Student concerns or complaints should first be brought to the attention of the instructor. Complaints that are not satisfactorily resolved at this level should be submitted in writing to the Office. Written responses will be given within five (5) working days.
