The School's Complaint/Grievance Policy and Procedure 

Student concerns or complaints should first be brought to the attention of the instructor. Complaints that are not satisfactorily resolved at this level should be submitted in writing to the Office. Written responses will be given within five (5) working days. 

If a student does not feel that the school has adequately addressed a concern or complain, the student may consider contacting the New Jersey Department of labor and Workforce Development, or the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges.
