Talent from The Kubert School

Bob Hardin
Illustrator, Cartoonist, Instructor
www.bob-c-hardin.daportfolio.com
A 1981 graduate of the Joe Kubert School, Bob has been freelancing in the advertising and comic book industry since leaving school. Creating art for newspaper ads and CARtoons magazine, his comic and illustration work often depicts the frenetic energy of thundering Hot Rods and explosive action films.
Returning to the school as an instructor in 2005, Bob has primarily taught Layout and Advertising Illustration to our first and second year students where his maxim, Stay True To The Comp! has become law.
A Hot Rod and horror film enthusiast, these elements have shown up in some of Bob's most recent work, a series of concert posters for ZZ Top, Metallica and Alice Cooper.
